John Haffner, serves as Development Managing Director, charged with development and value added activities of all Monarch Senior Living portfolios.
His passion for providing the highest customer satisfaction is a catalyst for the company's culture and it' s signature Gold Crown Services. He is at the forefront of the aging services technologies and has developed state-of-the-art systems that improve the quality of services, such as a remote quality control system.
Mr. Haffner is experienced in all facets of operations and development of senior living including, but not limited to:
- systems development
- management
- community relations
- marketing
- construction
- government relations
John Haffner attended Johns Hopkins University, where he earned a Masters of Science in Real Estate with a concentration in Senior Living. He attended Chapman University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is an active participant in the senior housing industry and has served on the ULI Senior Housing Council.
